You are viewing a an online gallery website created and hosted by DigitalGalleries.net for one of our clients. By accessing, browsing and/or using this site ("Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree, to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including U.S. export and re-export control laws and regulations. DigitalGalleries.net relies upon California law and provides that the maximum liability under the warrant as set forth above is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the particular services complained of. If applicable law does not support the exclusion, then in any event, any implied warranties are limited in duration to 60 days from purchase, with proof. You agree that your use of the Site shall be governed by California law and agree that jurisdiction and venue shall be in Contra Costa County, California.
